Note I am an individual doing this on the side from my own home, therefor processing orders, shipping and returns may take some time.

For physical items refund and returns policy lasts 30 days upon ordering of the item. If 30 days have passed since you placed your order, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

  • I can not offer refunds on digital goods like ebooks.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must also be in its original packaging.
  • Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility for the buyer, shipping costs are not reimbursed.
  • To complete your return, I require your order number, a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount of the original item (excluding shipping costs) will automatically be returned via your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check the statements of your payment method again. 
  • Then contact your the company you used for payment, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at porker dorothy at gmail dot com.


I can only replace items if they are defective or damaged during upon arrival. If you notice problems with the packaging of your order and if you want to exchange it for the same item, send me a message using the contact form and I will send you the return address. 

Depending on where you live and what item needs to be exchanged, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Shipping returns

  • To return your product, please contact me using the contact form and I will confirm your return and email you the return address.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
